Add stock by hand, from a spreadsheet, or by scanning tags. Then count one section at a time. The person counting doesn't see what the app expects.

Can OwnerSurf track sizes and colours for clothes and shoes?
Yes. Each product holds all its sizes and colours, and each one has its own count and barcode. You see at a glance that Wine M is low while Wine L is fine.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The phone camera scans barcodes. A USB scanner on the counter computer is faster on busy days, but it is optional. Pieces without a barcode can get an OwnerSurf label.
Can I record my Instagram and WhatsApp sales too?
Yes. Record the sale from your phone and send the receipt in the same WhatsApp chat. The stock count is the same for the shop and online. A full WhatsApp Shop module is coming next.
How do I get my stock into the app?
Type items in, import a spreadsheet, or scan as you go. During the pilot we help you set up your stock.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free, and the Pocket plan stays free. Paid plans for bigger shops come after we test prices with real sellers. Waitlist members hear first.
