How do I know if my staff are stealing?
Look for three things: stock that is short when counted, transfers that never reach your bank, and cash that is short at closing. OwnerSurf shows all three, with the name of the person on duty.
Can staff hide a sale or a refund?
Every sale, refund, discount and stock change is saved in the activity feed under the person who did it. A refund is its own entry, so the original sale stays in the record.
What is a blind stock count?
The person counting sees only the items, not how many the app expects. They count what is really there, and the app compares it with sales afterwards. It keeps counts honest.
Can I see what happens in my shop when I'm not there?
Yes. Your phone shows today's sales, transfers waiting for you, approvals and the activity feed. Approvals can reach you as a phone notification.
Will my staff feel accused?
